    When we chew gum, our average heart rate increases. This condition increases the amount of oxygen available to the brain. So it makes our mind work efficiently and carefully.

   Chewing gum protects against bad breath and helps prevent tooth decay. When we chew, we produce a lot of saliva, which helps keep the mucus in our mouths and cavities in place. 
7. Helps to Stop Smoking!

   Various chewing gums are available on the market that contain nicotine. Chewing gum can be stopped by chewing these gums.

8.Prevents irritability!
  This is when the acid (HCL) in our stomach goes up the throat / esophagus, causing a burning sensation around our heart. To prevent this irritation, chewing gum can be used to suppress acid buildup in the stomach.
